The home renovation process is hard and stressful enough as it is.  Having experts surrounding you is essential.  And when you’re ready to take on the challenge, you need to have a loan officer who knows how renovation loans work AND a real estate agent(like myself) who knows the timelines, extra work and intricacies of the renovation loan process.  

Sellers can be hesitant when accepting an offer with a renovation loan. But with an experienced team, it truly can be the best possible option for the seller.  They just need to have the picture painted for them correctly AND ensure the team follows through on timelines and expectations.  

Professionalism matters. In this case, it will not only save you $$$ but it will also get your offer accepted!
